Eons ago, it seems, Terraria was released on PS3 with the promise of a PS Vita release soon. Well “soon” was 8 months; better late than never though, as they say. I have been waiting to plop into this game until the Vita release and now super excited to play with James, who I promised to play with 8 months ago. He loved the game and speaks very highly of it, so I expect great things from the portable version.

The news of the December 4th release came alongside the announcement of a PS4 and PS Vita bundle. The bundle is most likely coming December as well, though no details have been given. The speculation is that the bundle will sell for $499 since you can already aquire both consoles for 599 US dollars. I have had nothing but enjoyable times from my Vita and seeing Sony’s support of the system is truly heartwarming.
