Today I was walking around, minding my own business, when I stepped on something strange. Upon further inspection I found this strange item to be my jaw. It had fallen off after watching this new trailer for Pokemon X and Y which shows off another Mega Evolution for Charizard, Mega Charizard X.
It may seem like a small thing, Mega Mewtwo X and Y were revealed just recently, but it opens up the floodgate of possibilities for Pokemon in general. If Mewtwo is not the only Pokemon with X and Y evolutions then potentially every star Pokemon could have and X and Y Mega Evolution. Which is great because the Venusaur Mega Evolution is pretty terrible.
The X and Y forms are not just an aesthetic change either, they offer new abilities and attacks as well. Mega Charizard Y receives a Special Attack stat increase as well as the ability Drought. Mega Charizard X obtains the ability Tough Claws, changes to a Dragon/Fire type, and can learn Dragon Tail. I love the move Dragon Tail and I love the new look of Mega Charizard X, even more than I thought I loved Mega Charizard Y.
So with Mega Charizard X and Mega Mewtwo X both looking like total Pokemon ballers, I know which ones I will be using. What about you? What is your favorite Mega Evolution so far? What Pokemon would you want to see with a second Mega Evolution? Let us know in the comments.

Wow, that does looks awesome. Can you only get Mega X Pokemon on Pokemon X and Mega Y on Pokemon Y? If so I need to do a lot of trading with my brother.
