Finally, the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Larry Hyrb, Xbox Live’s Major Nelson, has announced October’s Games with Gold offerings. October 1st will give Xbox Live gold members to download Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes for free.
Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes is an sidescrolling RPG and Puzzle-Adventure title that puts you in control of one of four different characters. You can expect a twenty-hour campaign, 1 versus 1 and 2 versus 2 combat, and hack-and-slash action. Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes was developed and published by Ubisoft and usually retails for $14.99.
Next up is the one we’ve all been waiting for, Halo 3.
Halo 3 was Bungie’s last trip in Master Chief’s boots, and fans last time seeing the hero until Halo 4 released last year. With an amazing campaign, a captivating story, online multiplayer that still holds up five years later, and plenty of map packs available, Halo 3 is a game I still find myself going back to five years later. Halo 3 was developed by Bungie and published by Microsoft Studios. It usually retails for $14.99.
