Criterion’s Need For Speed Most Wanted. No, not that one, another one!

Written by Kenny Rioux

“Criterion is shaking up the franchise with Need for Speed Most Wanted”

That is the quote to come out of Criterion and EA, and while it is strange to say that there will be two different racing games called Need For Speed:Most Wanted on the same generation of consoles, Criterion is looking to make 2012’s NFS:MW the one to own. Returning to the NFS franchise is the groundbreaking Autolog social networking feature that debuted back in 2010 for Need For Speed:Hot Pursuit. Now dubbed Autolog 2, players will be able to earn Speed Points, that take them up the Most Wanted list so they can constantly compare their scores with their friends and always be in a game of one-upsmanship. Autolog 2 goes an extra step further, by bringing Autolog 2 to the Multiplayer side of the game. So if you have decimated your friends, you can always find someone to challenge and have a crack at beating their challenges, all without needing to enter lobbies or experience wait times.

Need For Speed:Most Wanted will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, PC,iOS,PS Vita, and Android October 30th,2012 in North America, and November 1st,2012 in Europe. If you do pre-order the game, you will have access to the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale and the latest Porsche 911 Carrera S. Although of course everyone knows Lamborghini is king of all cars in any game,PERIOD.
