Having been a big fan of platformers and the Sly Cooper series in general, I was a bit skeptical when I heard that the team that helped do the HD re-launch of the original series was making the next game instead of Sucker Punch developing the continuation of the series. All of my worries were put to rest when I loaded up the game and saw what the team at Sanzaru Games had put together. It was Sly in all his glory back in action with his best friends Bentley and...
Breath deep the air of a traditional JRPG.
Controllers… they are the one device that we gamers can simply not live without, we cannot even function as we used to without one. Since I was a kid I could be found with one of many gaming controllers in my hand, I have been lucky enough to own many consoles and have had the opportunity to judge for myself just how far the controller has come. This is not simply just an article discussing how far this piece of tech has come, but also an ode to the gateway into our...
Plants vs. Zombies can be found on almost every platform. PvZ can even be found as a browser game, which you can play for free. Can it actually be worth the $15 to be played on the Vita? Is there enough content here to keep the player satisfied? Let’s go over the content quickly: 50 levels in Adventure Mode, Zen Garden (in which you grow plants to sell), Tree of Wisdom, 20 mini-games (that are actually really fun), 18 puzzle games, 10 survival modes and 49 plants (towers)...

Today, Sony has announced that PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale will be releasing on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on October 23. Additionally, if you pre order the brawler, you will receive an alternative costume set for all of the game’s characters. You can see what these costumes look like for...
Note: The LittleBigPlanet Vita beta is NOT representative of the final product. Do not take my thoughts too seriously. Some of my current issues with LittleBigPlanet Vita could be changed for the final version of the game. Media Molecule has grown the beloved Sackboy in a PlayStation icon. Many players have enjoyed building millions of levels for millions of LittleBigPlanet players on PlayStation 3 to download, play, and rate. Tarsier Studios has now taken all of the...

The recently announced Playstation All Stars: Battle Royal is a very interesting title. At first glance it looks like a Super Smash Brother clone and for the most part, it is. From every piece of gameplay we have seen the characters move and fight almost exactly like a Super Smash Bros. Game, even down to the way they spin when knocked back. While this blatant is a clone of the beloved Nintendo series it does have its differences. The main separation is the way you K.O. a...
When Playstation Plus was first announced there we throngs of questions. How could Sony make you pay for an optional service? What would they offer that could be compelling enough to pay for? Where are the games? Well at the mostly recent E3 press conference Sony answered those questions. Starting today Playstation Plus members can get a huge, and I mean huge, library of games Just Cause… 2. Titles include games such as Infamous 2, Little Big Planet 2, and Warhammer...
