Sorry about this being late news folks. I have decided to take a page out of the great talk show host Dennis Prager’s playbook and enter the punishment room.
Ok, now that it is all taken care of, I would like to inform you good folks who may have previously been on the fence of at least trying Star Wars:The Old Republic, now it is free to play! Since Mid-November, Bioware, in an effort to raise interest in the otherwise lukewarm received MMO. Which allows you to experience all 8 stories, for the low, low price of zero dollars. It certainly can’t hurt, and you may find something to enjoy in this universe. Along with it being FTP, you also get access to a new area, the totally unimaginatively named, “Section X” and a new companion in HK-51 (one of those loveable assassin droids that were hilarious to talk to in the first 2 Old Republic games) to help you join along for the ride.
