Call of Duty has done it again. Does this really surprise anyone? After a mere 15 days on the market, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has already amassed… One Billion Dollars! While this is surprising to no one, it is quite an amazing feat, proving once again that Call of Duty is a force to be reckoned with.
Many annalists had predicted that Call of Duty as a series was in a state of decline, but considering Black Ops 2 beat out it’s Modern Warfare predecessor by one day to cross the big 1 billion line, I think we can call those claims false. Black Ops 2 received great reviews from critics, including a 9/10 from our very own Kenny Rioux – a man I’ve come to trust with these sorts of things.
