Mega Man Legacy Collection Lands This Summer on XB1, PS4, and PC

Written by James T. George

Fans of the Blue Bomber are in for a treat this summer. Capcom announced today that the Mega Man Legacy Collection featuring the original six Mega Man games will be released this summer to reintroduce the icon to fans.

The game will run $14.99 and include the first six titles in the series, and will included numerous additional features alongside the base games. A challenge mode will include remixed levels with higher difficulty settings, and a Museum mode will include lots of historical information on the series and high-resolution artwork.

The collection will be downloadable only this summer on Xbox One, PS4, and Steam, and a 3DS launch will follow sometime in the winter. Curiously absent from the list of supported platforms is the Wii U, Playstation Vita, and legacy systems such as Xbox 360 and PS3.

We’ll keep you updated on the title. Hopefully we get a more specific launch date soon. Stay tuned to LevelSave.com for more info!
