Deep Silver was able to announce that Dead Island 2 is coming to PS4 ,with a Beta and exclusive content coming down the pike. Dead Island 2 brings the zombie apocalypse to the Sunshine state, where a massive outbreak (is there any other kind?) of the zombie persuasion has occurred. This results in a complete fencing off of California, with its denizens trapped with a whole lot of brain feasters. According to a blog post by Deep Silver’s Creative Director Jan-Eric-Lauble on Playstation.com, the combat has been entirely redone, with what sounds like up to 8 players at once.
