Bungie has announced an official release date for its open world MMO-ish gamechanger of a game, Destiny, and it’s a bit later than we all expected.
Originally announced to be releasing in Spring of 2014, Destiny has been pushed back to September 9th, 2014. The game will be releasing for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. Bungie also announced new details regarding the just as highly anticipated beta. Releasing in the summer first on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, then making its way to Xbox One and Xbox 360 at a later albeit unspecified date.
Bungie has also stated that they’ll be talking about new things Destiny tonight on Spike’s VGX. Keep your eyes peeled for more info as it comes through.
