While Nintendo did reveal a release date and price this week for the Wii U, one thing they left out were launch titles. On Friday, Nintendo updated its official website to reveal that out of the 50 launch window titles revealed this week, 22 of them will release on launch day, November 18. I’ve provided a list of launch titles below. Let us know in the comments what you are planning on picking up. As for myself, I have already reserved my Wii U Deluxe Set at GameStop and reserved New Super Mario Bros. U, Assassin’s Creed III, and ZombiU along with it.
Wii U Launch Titles:
- Assassin’s Creed III
- Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition
- Call of Duty: Black Ops II
- Darksiders II
- Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two
- ESPN Sports Connection
- Game Party Champions
- Just Dance 4
- Madden NFL 13
- Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth
- Mass Effect 3: Special Edition
- NBA 2K13
- New Super Mario Bros. U
- Nintendo Land
- Rabbids Land
- Rayman Legends
- Scribblenauts Unlimited
- Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2
- Transformers Prime
- Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013
- ZombiU
ZombiU and Rayman all I want off that list..Guess my decision to wait on the wii-u is a good one
Yeah, I feel you on that one. Those are the two I really want to play as well. Chasing Aurora is also awesome. We have a preview coming of it, but still, not sure if I want to buy a new console for those just yet. Metroi or Punch-Out would have sold me though…. I think.
Was going to get for my son. But. Sounds like Nintendo is moving toward mature console. ;(
There’s actually plenty of stuff for kids between Nintendo Land, New Super Mario Bros. U, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Skylanders, and more. And in the future Lego City Undercover will be a big one.
