I think we can all agree that Playstation Plus has been hit or miss the past few months. Some of titles, like Hotline Miami, have been awesome, but there has been a huge AAA hole that has been present in all of our Instant Game Collections. December is set to change that in a huge way! The holiday season is kicking off with two major titles coming free to the PS3. Grid 2 (PS3)- The long-awaited sequel to the smash hit racing game was release in early 2013 and was met with...
A few months ago I started work on an article titled “Ten Indie Games We Want On the Vita.” It was a slow and arduous process of trying out loads of indie games and contacting developers to ask them “Vita?” Some of them got back to me, other required research into old articles posts and the deep recesses of NeoGAF in an attempt to connect some dots. So why am I bothering to tell you about a failed article? Because nearly every game on that old list is now coming to...
So we finally did it. After scheduling conflicts, a botched Mayan apocalypse, and what can only be described as the worst water polo accident of 2012, we finally have our Game of the Year list. We at LevelSave have done our best to bring you our list with as much transparency and balance among the team as we could. Several team members (see: almost all) live in separate parts of the country(s) and so coming together to argue about videogames is not as simple as one might...

With The Walking Dead bringing home the GOTY award from the Spike TV VGAs being announced last week It was X-plays turn to tell us who brought home the award in their eyes. Warning: The following will be completely laced with spoilers from Gearbox’s Borderlands 2. I’m not talking minor plot points, I mean full-blown end of the game story details and the complete shebang. This is in no way a review of the game, but a small analysis of my favorite plot point in the game. I’ve been sitting on this piece for almost a month now waiting for a good chunk of players to finish the game, so if you haven’t by now, go do that.
