David Perry just announced that the PlayStation 4 will have a social aspect where you can live stream any and all games to the world, then allow a friend to take control of your controller and solve a level for you. The PlayStation Vita will also operate as the ultimate controller for the PlayStation Vita ala the way of a Wii U. If there wasn’t a reason to own a PS Vita before (there wasn’t) there definitely is now.
