Anybody who grew up on Star Trek waaaayyyy back then, may remember an iconic episode called,”Arena”. In this episode, Captain Kirk is forced into a one on one battle with a reptilian foe, known as the Gorn. The episode is oozing so much cheese it is enough to make The Slow Food Movement’s Biennial Terra Madre & Salone del Gusto gush in envy. Ok, slightly obscure reference… Anyway, The Gorn in the game will be a little more varied than the costume that one Bobby Clark donned back in 1967. The classes run the gamut of the smaller infantry Gorn Rushers, to the larger Gorn Warriors and the massive Gorn Brutes. No word yet if you will be able to kill the Gorn using a makeshift bamboo gun.

Star Trek has a release window of Spring 2013, and will be released on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
