Downloadable Content, or “DLC” as the hipster kids (who won’t get off my damn lawn) call it, is now available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Radical Entertainment’s character action game, Prototype 2. The “Colossal Mayhem Pack” that is out now, will grant you access to the following.

It is a bit if a bummer that there is no immediate side mission stuff available. Given the non-marketing of this game however, it is very possible there may not be in the near future, if at all.
And if that wasn’t enough Prototype for you, there will be a second pack dropping May 29th. The “Excessive Force Pack” will bestow upon you more skins, moves and more! Well actually the “more” is a grenade launcher that shoots Viral Infections! Madness!

Can I just say this, isn’t “Excessive Force” a bit of a given? I mean it isn’t like James Heller is using his powers for humanely dispatching foes, but I digress. Both packs will be available for the price of $4.99 or 400 Microsoft points for the PS3 and 360 respectively. Also note that the PC version of Prototype 2 will be released July 24th of this year in North America, and July 30th in Europe.
