EA Sports announced today that Rory McIlroy will be headlining the EA Sports PGA Tour franchise. Rory McIlroy is a 4 time Major Champion and all around “top-ranked” golfer in the world. Making this an easy choice for EA Sports to choose him as their headliner for this years game.

Rory McIlroy PGA Tour will be the first EA Sports title to feature the Frostbite gaming engine, allowing more detailed courses and dramatically reduced load times. PGA Tour will be releasing on the Xbox One and PS4 entertainment systems sometime June 2015.
