I’m going to try my best to compile absolutely everything I can about Destiny all here for you in this post. Before you do anything, watch the ViDoc below. From what we can gather on the games Amazon page, it will be releasing on Xbox 360 and PS3 (most likely next-gen consoles too) on December 31st. December 31st is an odd date simply because it’s after all the holidays. It might be plausible though, simply because December 31st is a Tuesday and all games come...

It looks like this is going to be a real time MMO FPS or possibly just a real time FPS. It’ll definately have connections to your real world through your phones, computer, and internet. I’ll update with more as it comes in. For now, go watch.

Where in the World is Digimon World Re:Digitize?
Not many people knew about Digimon World: Re:Digitize and even less even cared about this rather obscure PSP title. But for some, such as myself, there was hope that this little gem would make it over to the English speaking side of the world. Well that is not going to happen, at least not in any official capacity. ReDigitize was essentially a PSP remake of the first Digimon game. The original Digimon game, released on the PS1, was essentially a remake of the Digimon virtual...
Star Trek: Co-op Space Raptors
I did not write the title for the video, because if I did it would not say “Making the Ultimate Co-op Experience.” It would say Star Trek: Space Raptors. In fact, every video would say something about Space Raptors because dear Zeus, Space Raptors. Maybe my knowledge concerning Star Trek’s fanciful species is a bit rusty, but I really do not remember Space Raptors being a part of it. But I digress. In Star Trek you play as either Spock or Kirk in, a...
GunSwords’ Open Beta Turns into Beta Bash
The hex grid, turn-based PvP game, GunSwords has been in open beta since the end of November. Now that more players have joined the beta, One Button Studio, the creators behind GunSwords, have decided they want to annihilate their players in front of an audience. Beta Bash, as it’s being called, is a series of events that will include giving players in-game rewards and perks including double game points. Batman Arkham “Something Else” Leaked
Although still unconfirmed it appears as though the next game in the Arkham series will be released sometime this year. In an investor call John K. Martin, Time Warner’s Cheif Financial Officer let this quote slip on by: And we also have a strong games release this year, which will include the next release in the Batman Arkham franchise. So all in all, we expect Warners to post another very strong year in 2013. This, along with the registering of several new domains...

Bungie has just announced via Destiny’s official facebook that the game will be given a full reveal this Sunday, February 17th. Of course, you can look for all the latest news on Destiny right here on LevelSave.com. That is, if I can contain my immense excitement of this to even write...

Jenova Chen on Journey
At this year’s D.I.C.E. Summit, Jenova Chen gave quite an amazing talk on Journey’s development and philosophies. The topics he discuss range from how terrible the original game was, to the parallels between the Monomyth and the Three Act Structure of most modern movies. He also brings into light some of the struggles That Game Company faced forging the feeling of companionship that is so refined within Journey. The entire video is fascinating and required...
