The original Dead Island may me best known for its tear-jerking trailer, and subsequent disappointment upon not living up to that trailer. Well hopefully, Deep Silver did not make the same mistake twice, because the most recent trailer is kick ass. I got a look at Dead Island Riptide last PAX Prime but did not see much beyond gameplay. It looked fine, with a couple cool additions, but nothing that would really change my opinion of the series. But judging from this new...
Many were worried when THQ went bankrupt that Saints Row may never again see the light of day. A sigh of relief was breathed when Koch Media, better known as Deep Silver, purchased both Volition and the Saints Row franchise. Soon after, that sigh turned into a huzzah, at least for me it did, when the release date trailer was… released. The story goes that you, The Boss, have been elected president of the U.S. when aliens attack. The aliens put you inside a virtual...
Before Duke Nukem blasted into the future with Duke Nukem 3D, he was in several side scrolling games, Duke Nukem 1 and Duke Nukem 2. While DN1 was a perfectly fine game, DN2 is where Duke started being Duke. Aliens, rocket ships, explosive guns, yeah, Duke Nukem through and through. And now, thanks to 3D Realms and Interceptor Entertainment, you can play Duke Nukem 2 on iOS. According to Interceptor’s website the iOS post will include- Key Features – Smooth Side...

Not many people knew about Digimon World: Re:Digitize and even less even cared about this rather obscure PSP title. But for some, such as myself, there was hope that this little gem would make it over to the English speaking side of the world. Well that is not going to happen, at least not in any official capacity. ReDigitize was essentially a PSP remake of the first Digimon game. The original Digimon game, released on the PS1, was essentially a remake of the Digimon virtual...

It is no secret that I did not enjoy the first Dead Island. I felt mislead by the amazing advertisement and promise of an open world zombie game. What I received was a series of fetch quests that actually made me hate zombies for a time. If I was not reviewing the game I would have just set it down and probably never picked it back up again. However, what I saw of Dead Island Riptide was enough to make me consider picking the game up, even with the sour taste in my...
While planning for PAX there were multiple skype meetings between the staff that was attending the show. During almost every single meeting I tried to convince everyone to go see Orc Attack with me, it never worked. Near the end of our last meeting before the convention I was able to make Austin agree to go with me; after I told him you could fart to attack. So during PAX we would walk by the booth, always with somewhere else to be, and say “We gotta get to Orc Attack.”...
