Today at EA’s E3 briefing a new beautifully constructed Need for Speed: Rivals was announced. Need for Speed: Rivals. The new game is “blurring the line” between singleplayer and multiplayer. In the gameplay we were shown one player tasked with racing to certain points in their singleplayer game. Another player in their own game was completing their own objectives before a call to take out a driver was given. The players games then merged into a single game and the race was on. I was really exciting and could lead to some amazing “holy crap”moments.
There was also a short blurb about a Need for Speed movie in development.
