As of 5:44 EST, Halo 4’s servers are down. All players are being shown as a level 1 SR and all players are being pushed to a “Fallback” hopper of the default playlists.
Looks like 343 is well aware of the problem, stating they have no estimate on when they’ll be back up.

No clue why or how the servers are down, but I’m sure 343 and Microsoft are scrambling to fix it.
We will update more as we find it.
